How to create a walletكيف تنشئ محفظة

A wallet holds expenses, income, payment methods, and categories. You can have more than one. The first wallet you save becomes the active wallet. المحفظة تجمع المصروفات والدخل وطرق الدفع والفئات. يمكنك إنشاء أكثر من محفظة. أول محفظة تحفظها تصبح المحفظة النشطة.

1. Open My Walletsافتح محافظي

   After you sign in, go to My Wallets (محافظي). If you have none yet, tap Add Wallet.

   بعد تسجيل الدخول افتح محافظي. إذا لم تكن لديك محفظة، اضغط إضافة محفظة.

2. Tap Addاضغط إضافة

   Use Add (إضافة) at the top, or Add Wallet on the empty screen. That opens Add Wallet (إضافة محفظة).

   استخدم إضافة أعلى الصفحة، أو إضافة محفظة في الشاشة الفارغة. تُفتح شاشة إضافة محفظة.

3. Fill in the walletعبّئ بيانات المحفظة

   Wallet name is required. Country must match the country you signed up with. You can set the first day of the month (1–31) and the first day of the week (for example Friday).

   اسم المحفظة مطلوب. الدولة يجب أن تطابق دولة حسابك. يمكنك تحديد أول يوم في الشهر (1–31) وأول يوم في الأسبوع (مثل الجمعة).

4. Tap Saveاضغط حفظ

   Masareefi creates the wallet and copies default expense categories into it. Cancel goes back without saving.

   ينشئ مصاريفي المحفظة وينسخ إليها فئات المصروفات الافتراضية. إلغاء يرجع دون حفظ.

5. Edit laterعدّل لاحقاً

   In My Wallets, tap Edit on a wallet to rename it, change period days, set it as the active wallet, or open Payments then Categories.

   في محافظي اضغط تعديل على محفظة لإعادة تسميتها أو تغيير أيام الفترة أو جعلها النشطة أو فتح طرق الدفع ثم الفئات.

How to add a payment methodكيف تضيف طريقة دفع

Payment methods belong to a wallet. You choose one when you log an expense. Each new wallet also gets an internal wallet balance automatically — you do not add that yourself. طرق الدفع تخص محفظة. تختار واحدة عند تسجيل مصروف. كل محفظة جديدة تحصل تلقائياً على رصيد محفظة داخلي — لا تضيفه بنفسك.

1. Open Paymentsافتح طرق الدفع

   Go to My Wallets → Edit the wallet → tap Payments (طرق الدفع). Save the wallet first if you just created it.

   افتح محافظي ← تعديل المحفظة ← طرق الدفع. احفظ المحفظة أولاً إذا كنت أنشأتها للتو.

2. Tap Add Newاضغط إضافة جديد

   Use Add New (إضافة جديد) at the top, or Add Payment Account on the empty screen. That opens Add Payment Account (إضافة حساب دفع).

   استخدم إضافة جديد أعلى الصفحة، أو إضافة حساب دفع في الشاشة الفارغة. تُفتح شاشة إضافة حساب دفع.

3. Choose the type and detailsاختر النوع والتفاصيل

   Payment type is required: credit card, debit card, cash, bank account, mobile wallet, digital wallet, crypto, or other. Give it a name. For credit or debit cards, enter the card number (only the last 4 digits are stored) and expiry (MM/YY). Opening amount and notes are optional.

   نوع الدفع مطلوب: بطاقة ائتمان أو خصم أو نقد أو حساب بنكي أو محفظة جوال أو محفظة رقمية أو عملة رقمية أو أخرى. سمِّ الحساب. للبطاقات أدخل رقم البطاقة (يُحفظ آخر 4 أرقام فقط) وتاريخ الانتهاء (شهر/سنة). المبلغ الافتتاحي والملاحظات اختياريان.

4. Tap Saveاضغط حفظ

   The method is saved on that wallet. Cancel goes back without saving.

   تُحفظ الطريقة على تلك المحفظة. إلغاء يرجع دون حفظ.

5. Edit or deleteعدّل أو احذف

   On the Payments list, use the pencil to edit or the trash icon to delete. Gift cards you receive appear as a payment method when you spend them — you do not add those here. Tap Done (تم) when you are finished.

   في قائمة طرق الدفع استخدم القلم للتعديل وأيقونة سلة المهملات للحذف. بطاقات الهدية التي تستلمها تظهر كطريقة دفع عند الصرف — لا تضيفها من هنا. اضغط تم عند الانتهاء.

How to pay a merchantكيف تدفع لتاجر

Pay a registered merchant in your country. You type the amount. There is no transfer fee. This is not bill pay. ادفع لتاجر مسجّل في بلدك. أنت تدخل المبلغ. لا توجد رسوم تحويل. هذه ليست دفع فواتير.

1. Tap Payاضغط ادفع

   On the dashboard, tap Pay (ادفع).

   في لوحة التحكم اضغط ادفع.

2. Find the merchantابحث عن التاجر

   Enter their CR number, scan a QR, or upload a QR image. They must be registered in your country (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, or Egypt).

   أدخل رقم السجل التجاري، أو امسح QR، أو ارفع صورة QR. يجب أن يكون التاجر مسجّلاً في بلدك (السعودية أو البحرين أو مصر).

3. Choose wallet and payment methodاختر المحفظة وطريقة الدفع

   Pick the wallet and how you will pay. You can use a gift card that merchant issued, if you have one.

   اختر المحفظة وكيف ستدفع. يمكنك استخدام بطاقة هدية أصدرها ذلك التاجر إذا كانت لديك.

4. Enter the amount and confirmأدخل المبلغ وأكد

   Type the amount, review the summary, then confirm with PIN (or fingerprint or password if you use those).

   أدخل المبلغ، راجع الملخص، ثم أكد برمز PIN (أو البصمة أو كلمة المرور إذا كنت تستخدمها).

5. Payment successfulتم الدفع بنجاح

   You can go back to the dashboard or pay another merchant.

How to send moneyكيف ترسل مالاً

Send to another Masareefi user in the same country. Enter their ID. A transfer fee may apply. Cross-country send is not available. أرسل لمستخدم مصاريفي في نفس البلد. أدخل رقم هويته. قد تُطبَّق رسوم تحويل. الإرسال عبر الدول غير متاح.

1. Tap Sendاضغط إرسال

   On the dashboard, tap Send (إرسال).

2. Find the recipientابحث عن المستلم

   Enter their National ID, Iqama, or CPR (9, 10, or 14 digits), or scan their QR. They must be a Masareefi user in your country.

   أدخل رقم الهوية أو الإقامة أو CPR (9 أو 10 أو 14 رقماً)، أو امسح QR الخاص بهم. يجب أن يكون مستخدم مصاريفي في بلدك.

3. Choose wallets and how to payاختر المحافظ وطريقة الدفع

   Pick their wallet if they have more than one, then your wallet and payment method.

4. Enter the amount and confirmأدخل المبلغ وأكد

   Type the amount, review the summary including any transfer fee, then confirm with PIN.

How to send a gift cardكيف ترسل بطاقة هدية

Send a themed gift card to another Masareefi user in the same country. They spend it as a payment method. أرسل بطاقة هدية بتصميم جاهز لمستخدم مصاريفي في نفس البلد. يصرفها كطريقة دفع.

1. Open gift cardsافتح بطاقات الهدية

   From the dashboard, open Send gift card.

2. Pick a template and recipientاختر التصميم والمستلم

   Choose a theme, then the Masareefi user in your country.

   اختر تصميماً، ثم مستخدم مصاريفي في بلدك.

3. Choose wallet, amount, and confirmاختر المحفظة والمبلغ وأكد

   Pick the wallet to pay from, enter the amount, then confirm with PIN. The recipient sees it on their dashboard and spends it as a payment method.

   اختر المحفظة للدفع منها، أدخل المبلغ، ثم أكد برمز PIN. تظهر للمستلم على لوحة التحكم ويصرفها كطريقة دفع.

How to see statisticsكيف تشاهد الإحصاءات

Statistics show income and expense totals and a chart by category (all Food), subcategory (only Groceries), or payment method. الإحصاءات تعرض إجمالي الدخل والمصروف ومخططاً حسب الفئة (كل الطعام) أو الفئة الفرعية (البقالة فقط) أو طريقة الدفع.

1. Open Statisticsافتح الإحصاءات

   Tap Statistics in the bottom bar.

   اضغط الإحصاءات في الشريط السفلي.

2. Pick the range and groupingاختر الفترة والتجميع

   Use the filter for dates. Switch Category, Subcategory, or Payment to change the chart.

   استخدم التصفية للتواريخ. بدّل بين الفئة أو الفئة الفرعية أو الدفع لتغيير المخطط.

3. Open a sliceافتح شريحة

   Tap a category or View all to see the underlying expenses.

   اضغط فئة أو عرض الكل لرؤية المصروفات التفصيلية.

How to use bank suggestionsكيف تستخدم اقتراحات البنوك

Optional. If you turn it on, Masareefi can suggest expenses from selected bank and wallet app notifications. Nothing is saved until you approve. Masareefi does not read SMS. اختياري. إذا فعّلت الميزة، يمكن لمصاريفي اقتراح مصروف من إشعارات تطبيقات بنوك ومحافظ محددة. لا يُحفظ شيء قبل موافقتك. مصاريفي لا يقرأ SMS.

1. Turn it onفعّلها

   In Settings, enable bank notification suggestions and grant Android notification access for the bank and wallet apps you choose.

   في الإعدادات فعّل اقتراحات إشعارات البنوك وامنح صلاحية الإشعارات لتطبيقات البنوك والمحافظ التي تختارها.

2. Review the suggestionراجع الاقتراح

   When a payment notification arrives, open it in Masareefi. Check the amount and details.

   عند وصول إشعار دفع، افتحه في مصاريفي. راجع المبلغ والتفاصيل.

3. Approve or dismissوافق أو تجاهل

   Approve to save it as an expense, or dismiss it. Nothing is stored as a transaction until you approve.

   وافق لحفظه كمصروف، أو تجاهله. لا يُحفظ كعملية قبل موافقتك.

Categories and subcategoriesالفئات والفئات الفرعية

They belong to one wallet and you pick them when you log an expense. A category is the group. A subcategory is the detail inside that group. Statistics can total either way — all of Food, or only Groceries. تخص محفظة واحدة وتختارها عند تسجيل مصروف. الفئة هي المجموعة. والفئة الفرعية التفصيل داخل تلك المجموعة. الإحصاءات تجمع بأي من الاثنين — كل الطعام، أو البقالة فقط.

New wallets already include a default list. Keep it, add your own (School fees, Family), or delete what you do not use. A personal wallet and a business wallet can have different lists. المحفظة الجديدة تأتي بقائمة جاهزة. أبقِها، أو أضف أسماءك (رسوم مدرسية، عائلة)، أو احذف ما لا تستخدمه. محفظة شخصية ومحفظة عمل يمكن أن تختلفا.

1. Open Categoriesافتح الفئات

   Go to My Wallets → Edit the wallet → tap Categories. Save the wallet first if you just created it — Categories appears on the edit screen after it exists.

2. Add a categoryأضف فئة

   Tap Add, type the group name (for example Food or Transport), then Save.

3. Add subcategories under itأضف فئات فرعية تحتها

   Open the category, tap Add new subcategory, enter a name such as Groceries or Fuel, then Save. Use the pencil to rename or the trash icon to delete.

   افتح الفئة، اضغط إضافة فئة فرعية جديدة، اكتب اسماً مثل بقالة أو وقود، ثم حفظ. استخدم أيقونة القلم للتعديل وسلة المهملات للحذف.

4. Rename or deleteعدّل أو احذف

   Open the category in the list. Tap Edit to change the name, or Delete to remove it. Deleted names stay on old expenses so history stays valid.

   افتح الفئة من القائمة. اضغط تعديل لتغيير الاسم، أو حذف لإزالتها. الأسماء المحذوفة تبقى على المصروفات القديمة حتى يبقى السجل صحيحاً.

5. Use them on an expenseاستخدمها عند المصروف

   When you add an expense, pick the category then the subcategory (Food then Groceries). Tap Done on the categories screen to return to the wallet.

   عند إضافة مصروف اختر الفئة ثم الفئة الفرعية (طعام ثم بقالة). اضغط تم في شاشة الفئات للرجوع إلى المحفظة.
